A good pop up display makes your brand easy to read from the aisle and helps it look credible next to bigger exhibitors. The right style depends on your space. You might be filling the back of a trade show booth, framing a market stall or adding a standalone marker in a conference foyer. Each format in this range does a different job.

Walls and backwalls

Straight walls: the Portable Straight Fabric Pop-Up Wall gives a flat, seamless backdrop that sits neatly against the back of an exhibition stand or shell scheme.
Curved walls: the Fabric Pop Up Curved Velcro Media Wall wraps gently towards visitors. It works well as a pop up backdrop for photos, interviews and product launches.
Lit and shelved walls: the backwall kits with clamping lights and the straight wall with shelves add lighting or product space to the same frame style.

GeoMetrix grids

The GeoMetrix grid displays have a modular, geometric look. Options include 1 x 3, 2 x 2, 2 x 3 and 3 x 3 layouts, X and Double X shapes, and small, medium and large triangular versions. Use them as feature walls, room dividers or a backdrop with more personality than a flat panel.

Freestanding banners and panels

The vertical, horizontal, round, triangle and semi-circle banners are double side printed, so your message reads from both directions in open floor space. Tower banners add height in a narrow footprint. The Custom Printed Fabric Retractable & Collapsible Display Panel is a compact choice for reception areas and smaller stands.

What size pop up wall fits your booth space?

The straight, curved, lit and shelved walls share the same six sizes. Every one stands 2.3m high and 0.3m deep, so width is the main decision. The panel layout appears in brackets, for example 3m W (4*3).

Before you choose a width

Measure the back of your space. Leave room for any banner, counter or screen you plan to place beside the wall.
Check the venue floor plan or exhibitor manual for pillars, power points and shell scheme walls.
If two brands share a 6x3m booth, two narrower walls can give you more layout options than one long run.

For a market stall or a pop up stand behind a counter, the 1.5m W option keeps things compact. In a standard 3x3m booth, the 2.3m W leaves room for a banner at one end. The 3m W covers close to the full back wall. For a 6x3m expo stand, look at the 4.5m W or the 6m W. If you are still unsure, contact the team to confirm sizing before you order a pop up display. Lighting

The Fabric Popup Straight Backwall Kit with Clamping Lights and the Fabric Popup Curved Backwall Kit with Clamping Lights are both complete from NZD 602. The number of lights increases with width: 1 light on the 1.5m W, 2 on the 2.3m W and 3m W, 3 on the 3.75m W, and 4 on the 4.5m W and 6m W. Lighting helps in halls with dim or uneven overhead light.

Shelving

The Portable Straight Pop-Up Wall with Shelves is complete from NZD 787. It turns a pop up display wall into space for products, samples or brochures. A dual-side print shelving version is also available for stands that are seen from both sides.

Are fabric pop up banners worth it over a cheaper roll-up?

A roll-up shows one message in one direction. Fabric banners are built differently, and the difference shows in how they look and how long they stay useful.

Print quality

Graphics are printed by dye-sublimation, which bonds the ink into the polyester instead of leaving it on the surface. The result is rich colour and a soft fabric finish. PVC-free fabric options, such as 600D eco polyester, are also available.

Visibility from both sides

Every double sided banner in the range carries your print on both faces. That matters in open foyers, markets and aisles where people approach from either side. A horizontal pop up banner sits well above a table or counter, while tower and vertical formats add height.

What protects you

Print errors are reprinted free.
Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
Custom-printed graphics cannot be returned after you approve the proof, so check spelling, logos and contact details carefully.

Can I buy just a new print for my pop up display wall? +

Yes. The straight and curved walls offer a replacement print only (no frame) from NZD 220. The GeoMetrix grids have their own replacement prints, such as the Small Triangular from NZD 162 and the X grid from NZD 262. Order the same size as your existing frame so the graphic fits, and request a free 2D mockup to check the new design.

How many lights come with the backwall kit with clamping lights? +

The number of lights depends on the width. The 1.5m W kit includes 1 light, the 2.3m W and 3m W kits include 2, the 3.75m W includes 3, and the 4.5m W and 6m W include 4. The straight and curved backwall kits with clamping lights are both complete from NZD 602. They suit halls with dim or uneven overhead lighting.

What is a double sided banner best used for? +

It works best anywhere people approach from more than one direction, such as open expo floors, foyers, markets and event entrances. In this range, the triangle banner is complete from NZD 312, the vertical from NZD 334 and the semi-circle from NZD 555. The horizontal and round versions are complete from NZD 298. Is a pop up exhibition stand a good fit for a 3x3m booth? +
