What sizes and complete prices can you compare?

Several shapes come in more than one size, which helps when the venue has only given you a rough floor area. Measure height as well as width. A 2.4m W x 2.4m H moon or sun needs ceiling clearance and a little room around the base.

Do you need a complete set or only a replacement print?

Each product has two options. A complete set includes the frame and the printed fabric, ready to stand up. A replacement print only is the fabric graphic without a frame, made to fit a frame you already own.

When a replacement print makes sense

  • You are rebranding or launching a new product, but the frame is still in good condition.
  • You run seasonal or themed events and want a fresh look each time.
  • You are an event stylist using the same shape for different clients.

This is the realistic answer to 'it costs more than a pull-up banner'. The first event carries the frame cost. After that, a custom backdrop can be refreshed for the price of a print. How does ordering a stretch fabric display work from artwork to event day?

  1. Pick your shape and size. Check the dimensions on the product page against your floor plan and ceiling height.
  2. Send your artwork, or a logo and a short brief, and request a free 2D mockup showing the design on your chosen outline.
  3. Review the proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, so check spelling, logo placement and how text sits near curves and points.
  4. Production begins after approval. The lead time is listed on each product page and is often 24 business hours after artwork approval.
  5. Delivery to New Zealand follows dispatch. If your expo or party date is fixed, contact the team before ordering to confirm timing. Exact delivery dates cannot be promised, so build in a buffer.

On the day

Most frame-based displays are tool-free and come with a soft carry bag. That makes the shape easy to move between venues and to store between events. If a print error turns out to be on Backdropsource's side, the graphic is reprinted free.
