The pre-arrival experience was great - the product..hmm

The team at Backdrop Source did an amazing job getting my backdrop delivered on time, and they got the design right from the start. The only downside was that the frame appears to sag in the middle. It may not be strong enough to properly support the fabric. I've set it up several times and extended the poles as much as possible, but the centre still bows inward, which affects the overall appearance.
