    Sky Tube Circle Hanging Banner

    The hanging banner is great and is a good price, but the whole process of getting it in production took longer than it should have. We provided artwork, and the proof that I received looked nothing like what we sent in. They used a generic font and completely changed the design. We went back and forth with the proof for days. The item was shipped relatively fast, but they didn't provide any instructions on how to put it together, or how it should be hung. I reached out multiple times asking for hanging instructions and I only received assembly instructions (which I didn't need, because I had already put it together). All that to say my issue is not so much with the item, but the ordering process.
