Good quality but colours are off

I like the fabric the banner is printed on but it’s doesn’t have an accurate colour match to the custom image I designed. I understand it won’t be exactly the same but the background colour is really off, which is not good. The seams are also made with a white thread, so it is a real contrast and you can see it prominently against the black background I had.
